Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing from Dirtworx Ysterwinkel.
Please read the following policy carefully — it outlines how sales, payments, collections, refunds, and returns work.

1. Sales Orders

  • A Sales Order does not confirm the purchase of a product.
  • A purchase is only confirmed once funds reflect in our bank account.
  • If multiple customers request a Sales Order for the same product, the item will go to the first customer whose payment clears.
  • An official invoice will be issued once the sale is confirmed.
  • Your sales agent will notify you if another customer is interested in the same item.
  • If another customer’s payment arrives after yours, they will be refunded in full once valid bank details are received via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Options

You can pay using one of the following options:

  • Instant EFT – Send proof of payment to heronsviewfin@gmail.com or WhatsApp your sales agent.
  • Card Payment – Pay in our office for immediate release.
  • Online Payment – Pay directly on our website: www.dirtworx.co.za for immediate release.

3. Collection of Items

Items will only be released once:

  • Payment reflects in our bank account, and
  • A Tax Invoice has been issued.

Please arrange collection or transport directly with your sales agent.

4. Guarantees

  • Due to the nature of our business and products, guarantees may differ per item. Please discuss warranty or guarantee terms with your sales agent before purchase. For assistance, contact us at 058 924 0609.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Returns must be made to the branch or location of original sale or collection.
  • Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved.

6. Important Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product meets their requirements before purchase.
  • Customers should verify all details such as:
    • Condition • Specifications • Measurements • Compatibility • Capacity • Power output • Model • Type • Serial number
    • Dirtworx describes products to the best of our knowledge and available information, but errors or inaccuracies may occur due to the wide range of stock.
    • We encourage every buyer to inspect and confirm details before paying.
    • Once a Tax Invoice is issued and payment is made, the customer becomes the legal owner, and all responsibility for the item transfers to them.
