Consignment Stock:  Consignment Stock is the stock in hands of a third party retailer (Dirtworx), while the wholesaler (Owner) retains ownership until the products are sold.

1.  Dirtworx can not guarantee availability of used consignment equipment.

2.  Dirtworx can not be held responsible for any changes regarding consignment items prices.

3.  Used consignment items are sold as is.

4.  Dirtworx have no duty to repair.

5.  Prospective buyers are encouraged to bring a mechanic along to test the consignment equipment on site.

6.  Prospective buyers should make themselves familiar with the condition of the consignment equipment on site.

7.  Consignment items will only leave the applicable premises once the transaction is paid in full.

8.  VAT rate: 15% and 0% when exported.

9.  Transport may be arranged but not included in the price.
